Fabrication of Steel Structural Features

Private Garden glass growing range structures are made from the highest quality of steel available. From raw steel to finished product, many steps ensure that the resulting greenhouse is functional and durable. From raw steel, we fabricate gutters, trusses, purlins, columns and additional parts. After they are shaped, steel parts are bathed in a cleaning acid, hot water bathed, dried, and hot dipped galvanized on interior and exterior facings.

Depending upon the customer order, the steel parts may be powder-coated as part of the finishing process.

Site-Managed Construction

Private Garden packs all range structures for shipping ourselves. Because a growing range is often part of a larger construction process, Private Garden is experienced in working with other on-site crews, managers and construction companies. We work with on-site technicians to ensure that each structure is carefully built, on time and on budget.
