Our structures are essentially maintenance free.  However, the following points should be given periodic attention. 

• Moving parts should be lubricated annually, e.g. vent torque tube supports, auto vent opener pivots and adjusters, door hinges etc.

• The aluminum doors and architraves will require washing periodically.

• The powder coated aluminum needs no maintenance other than washing annually.

• All glass should be cleaned regularly.
